Here is the case: user complained that the laptop suddenly powered off and cannot open again with an explode voice, after using the adapter. What makes things worse, many important and valuable datas saved in this laptop. My client were panic and focus on the compensation issues. But the user worries about the datas, finally gets too angry, and sues my clients.

In this case, what will you do? Accept suit and give the compensation directly? This maybe one of the solution to this case, but i think it is the worst solution. Why?

Calm down and think. What the theory of laptop working? All the data in laptop will be saved in laptop hard disk. And in normal situation, if adapters explode, and burn down, what breaks is laptop power management line, instead of LAPTOP HARD DISK.Therefore normally, the problems claims by the user, loss the data, cannot happen!

The primary thing need to do, maybe just explain to this user and take him to repair shop to help him get the data back, which i believe is what this user most worry about!
